ACSA Member Benefits

Membership with the Australian Custodial Services Association (ACSA) ensures your business’ interests are represented by the leading custodial organisation in Australia and New Zealand.

 

ACSA is the leading organisation by securities industry participants and local regulators for all matters pertaining to custody.

 

As a member of ACSA, you have the ability to raise matters important to your business, put forward your perspective, investigate matters through one of the many Working Groups, gain consensus with industry peers, and engage with regulators where necessary.  

 

There are two classes of membership, Full Membership and Associate/Consultative Membership.

Full Membership of ACSA

Criteria:

 

Full Membership of ACSA is open to any organisation who satisfy at least one of the following criteria:

  • A banking corporation, providing custodial services, including their subsidiary nominee companies;
  • An authorised trustee company;
  • A financial institution whose primary business is the provision of custodial services in Australia.

Benefits:

 

Full Membership of ACSA allows the member company:

  • Attendance at Full Member meetings which occur once a quarter and entitlement to vote;
  • Its representative to nominate for election as Director on the Executive Committee;
  • Access to the member section of the ACSA website; and
  • Participation in ACSA Working Groups

Associate/Consultative Membership of ACSA

Criteria:

 

Associate/Consultative Membership of ACSA is open to organisations which:

  • Represent participants within the financial markets or any part thereof; and/or
  • Are significant contributors to, or regulators of, the financial markets or any part thereof.

Benefits:

 

Associate/Consultative Membership of ACSA allows the member company:

  • Attendance at Members meetings which occur once a quarter;
  • Access to the member section of the ACSA website; and
  • Participation in ACSA Working Groups.
