Membership with the Australian Custodial Services Association (ACSA) ensures your business’ interests are represented by the leading custodial organisation in Australia and New Zealand.

ACSA is the leading organisation by securities industry participants and local regulators for all matters relating to custody.

ACSA works closely with industry peer groups and associations on issues impacting the broader financial and investment community. It highlights custody and settlement issues, market infrastructure, investment administration and relevant back office topics to the broader financial community.

ACSA’s role also involves consultation with regulators and government, and ACSA has made submissions on policy issues, regarding:

  • Custody and outsourcing activities;
  • Licensing of financial services providers;
  • Proposed taxation legislation changes; and
  • Legislative and regulatory changes related to market or industry developments such as short selling or securities lending.

The Association also partners with market infrastructure providers, such as the Australian Securities Exchange, to streamline settlement issues, improve efficiency and reduce risk, as well as providing a forum for the exchange of ideas.

We encourage members to utilise ACSA’s  latest industry news and regulatory updates, our range of training and development options and networking opportunities.

We also encourage all members to take advantage of the information available to them through ACSA, and participate in the Working Groups to drive change, represent their organisations and better promote the industry.
