The ACSA Next Generation Leaders Working Group is pleased to continue the Coffee Buddies program for round 2.

Objective: To help industry colleagues build their professional networks and learn more about the industry.

Benefits:

• Provides an opportunity to learn about other organisations within the industry and the overall custody industry
  
• Mentorship and Career opportunities
  
• Build connections for the next ACSA industry event

How it works:

• Individuals nominate themselves to be included in the program
  
• The Next Gen WG matches participants with someone from a different house
  
• A Coffee Buddies ‘match’ email is sent with contact details included
  
• The participants contact the buddy to arrange a coffee or another informal meeting
  
• The participants confirm back to ACSA that they have completed the catch-up
  
• ACSA gives participants an opportunity to provide feedback
