Next Generation leaders

The Next Generation Leaders working group represents new members to the custody and investment administration industry with a focus on how ACSA supports growth in the industry through engaging, attracting, retaining, and developing the next generation of talent.

Next Generation working group members are supported by experienced industry mentors.

The Next Generation Leaders Working Group is responsible for:

Identifying new and improved approaches to engage ACSA with future industry leaders.
Driving engagement and development initiatives for the next generation of industry talent.
Increasing awareness of ACSA within and outside the industry

How do we do this?

Identifying different ways of raising industry profiles
Connecting the next generation of industry leaders to ACSA initiatives
Organising and promoting member events for the next generation of leaders
Consulting on new approaches to social media and communications
