Arabella specialises in creating high-performing hybrid teams. Her focus is on making sure each individual is being heard. She does this by training them on how to present with impact, have influential conversations and lead more effectively. Arabella has trained intensively in many areas including Neuro Linguistic Programming, NASA’s Process Communication Model and Mindfulness. Her focus is on providing her clients with practical skills they can implement immediately to get results. She’s been fortunate to work across all sectors from IAG, CBRE and AstraZeneca to AMEX, eBay, LinkedIn, Deloitte and Macquarie Bank.
