Most of the time, we’re making proposals that are unlikely to be accepted. Why? Because we don’t understand how the other person/party is making decisions. When you first question what’s important to them by finding out their values, what order those values are in in terms of priority and what those values means, then you’re able to make an offer that satisfies their needs.

Our facilitator is Arabella Macpherson, Founder and Director of Resonate Communications

Arabella specialises in creating high-performing hybrid teams. Her focus is on making sure each individual is being heard. She does this by training them on how to present with impact, have influential conversations and lead more effectively. Arabella has trained intensively in many areas including Neuro Linguistic Programming, NASA’s Process Communication Model and Mindfulness. Her focus is on providing her clients with practical skills they can implement immediately to get results. She’s been fortunate to work across all sectors from IAG, CBRE and AstraZeneca to AMEX, eBay, LinkedIn, Deloitte and Macquarie Bank. When Arabella is not mentoring her clients, you can find her training her border collie Byron, singing jazz or swimming in ocean pools.
