ACSA Awards 2016
The 2016 ACSA Sydney Event planned for Thursday, 5 May, will see the continuation of the ACSA Awards. These coveted awards recognise those who go above and beyond to support the Association, the industry and our clients.
The ACSA Event will provide an opportunity to publically acknowledge individuals who are recognised by their peers for their professionalism, knowledge and willingness to contribute and will also follow with a press release.

The ACSA Awards
The ACSA Awards affirm the industry’s desire to recognise outstanding individual contribution. The Awards are intended to:
- Recognise the contribution of individuals to the industry, our clients and the Association;
- Encourage greater participation from individuals and firms in industry based initiatives, including working groups;
- Better publically promote the role of the industry;
- Highlight the level of professionalism of those within the ACSA community.
Eligibility
- Any person who makes a significant contribution to the industry and Association is eligible.
Nomination Process
- Nominations should be made by completing the attached form. There is no cost to make a nomination.
- Nominations are open NOW and should be forwarded to the ACSA Secretariat using the nomination form (attached).
- Nominations will be received up to 5pm – Thursday, 31 March 2016
- To be accepted, nominations must include all relevant information, including the citation
Judging and criteria
The ACSA Executive decides on the Awards. One or more awards may be made each year.
- Annual ACSA Awards will be judged on the level, frequency and quality of contribution by nominees to industry activities, including working groups, over the prior 12 months.
- At the discretion of the ACSA Executive, Service to Industry Awards may also be made to acknowledge nominees who have made a consistent and significant contribution to the industry over an extended timeframe.
Notification
- Nominees who are successful (and their nominator) will be notified by the end of the second week in April
Presentation
- Presentation of the ACSA Awards will be made at the ACSA Sydney event in May 2016
Past winners
- The current Australian Custodial Services Association Limited (ACSA) Awards were initiated in 2009.
- As acknowledged by their peers, each recipient made important and sustained contributions in their field of expertise to the custodial industry. The Honour Role of past Award winners is shown below.
