Webinar - CPS230 Update – Critical Operations, APRA Practice Guide and what’s next. ACSA recently released it CPS230 Operational Risk Management Guidance Note Critical Operations to assist ACSA members and their clients understand the industries approach to critical services and operations delivered to client.
In addition, The Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) released its finalised prudential practice guide on June 13, 2024, to help banks, insurers and superannuation trustees strengthen their management of operational risk and improve business continuity planning. The new Prudential Practice Guide CPG 230 Operational Risk Management (CPG 230) is designed to assist in the implementation of Prudential Standard CPS 230 Operational Risk Management (CPS 230), which was finalised in July last year and takes effect from 1 July 2025.
