Rise in offshore assets for $2.9 trillion custody and administration sector
The Australian custodial and administration sector grew by 4.9% per cent in the second half of 2015, with total assets under custody (AUC) for Australian investors now at more $2.9 trillion, according to the latest industry statistics released by the Australian Custodial Services Association (ACSA).
ACSA publishes industry statistics twice a year to provide insights into financial market conditions, asset shifts and major mandate wins and losses.
NAB Asset Servicing remains the largest overall provider in the custody market followed by JP Morgan, BNP Paribas, Citigroup and Northern Trust.
