Sydney, AUSTRALIA - The Australian Custodial Services Association (ACSA) today added its voice to the benefits expected through proposed changes to ASX listing rules.
Late last year the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) released a consultation paper entitled Simplifying, clarifying and enhancing the integrity and efficiency of the ASX listing rules. These changes are the first major update to the ASX’s listing rules since 2016.
ACSA Chief Executive, Robert Brown said “with so much focus on ASX CHESS Replacement Project, it is commendable that the ASX is also devoting attention to the important area of listing rule reform and corporate event automation”.
